All the items sold by Fashion Saints are 100% genuine and authentic. Fashion Saints have partnered with the global brands and we directly bring you the products from them. You can rest assured that you will be getting authentic and genuine products.

How can I place the order?

To place an order, you need to move all your selected items to the cart. Once you are done with the selection of the items, move to the cart section, review the selected items, and click checkout. Now complete the payment with your preferred payment method. That’s all! You are done. Your items would now be delivered as per their respective deadlines.

Where do I need to enter the promotional code?

To apply the promotional code to your order, you need to move to your cart section and click checkout. Once you click the checkout button, the page would ask for the confirmation of your order details and will allow you to add the promotional code, if you have any. Insert the promotional code and click apply.

How do I know whether an item is in the stock or not?

To evaluate the product’s availability, you can go to the respective product page. Now, if the item is available you would be able to press the move to cart button, otherwise, the cart button would not be available and a message that the product is not available would be shown.

Is it possible to change the order after it has been successfully placed?

No. it is not possible to change the order once it is placed successfully. We recommend you to check the details carefully like the color, size, item, etc. before you place the order.

How do I know whether Fashion Saints has delivered my order?

Once we deliver the order to your doorstep, we send you an email or the notification with which you get to know that the order has been delivered successfully.

Can I track my order?

To keep you updated with the delivery of your order from the courier service team, we send you notifications so that you can identify and track your order. You can also talk to our team of customer support to identify the exact phase of your order.

My items are missing. What to do?

If the items delivered to you are incomplete and the order has been marked as successfully delivered, we recommend you, get in touch with us as soon as possible so that we can track the problem and will get it resolved at its earliest.

Is it possible to return/exchange the items?

Yes. It is possible to return/exchange the items that you buy. Please make sure that while you return the items, it should be in the same condition as it was at the time of its delivery. To exchange the items, you must make sure that the selected items are of the same price as that of the original items.

When will I receive my refund?

Once you return the item to us, it would take 1-2 days for us to initiate the refund. The bank may further take up to 4-5 working days to reflect the amount into your bank.

When will my card be charged?

I forgot the password of the account. What to do?

In case you forgot the password of your account, do not worry, you can reset the password. To reset the password, click on the forget password button. Then you need to enter the email id associated with your account and the further steps would be listed in your email. Follow those steps to change the password of your account.

How can I create a new account?

To create an account with Fashion Saints, click the account icon present in the header section. Now click on the button Sign Up Now to create a new account. You need to enter the First Name, Last Name, Email, and Password followed by clicking the Sign Up Now button to register yourself at Fashion Saints.

I cannot access the login page. The site is down.

Please note that we do regular maintenance activities to keep our customers updated with the latest stuff and offerings. If the site is down, it could be due to the maintenance activity. We would recommend you to check the same after a while.
