Delivery Policy

Our aim is to dispatch all orders within 4 days of the payment clearing. Although this is not always possible due to external factors out of our control or in busy times. We ship our items to you via a 3rd party courier that has a tracible functionality and will require a signature on delivery. Once you placed an order you will receive an email which will advise your order has been dispatched, it will also include delivery partner details and tracking code.
NOTE: Clearpay, Zip, Klarna and Laybuy may be subject to further delay, as the processing times between these payment methods different and could delay your purchase order by 7 days upon specified delivery times. To ensure you receive your item within the delivery times specified, please select an instant point of transfer payment method such as Debit/ Credit Card.

Further Information:
After you have placed your order you will receive confirmation of your order. Please email if you have not received this email. Fashion Saints is not liable for any delay caused by the given countries’ customers clearance processes. The costs of any returned order due to bad address, undeliverable, fraud and any other related activities will be refunded back to the customer in good faith with any costs we incurred deducted. All orders will require a signature upon arrival.
Tax & Custom duties:
The customer who purchased the item will liable for any customer or duties incurred from shipping the item from mainland Europe. Please check your local government website to see whether you will accrue any further custom duties as a result of an order from us. This is your responsibility to pay. We will not refund any items held in customs and it will be your responsibility to ensure we receive the item back.
